		<description>heh! being in property management you have no idea how often buildings were designed by architects from another climate zone who didn&#039;t bother to check out the zone they were designing for. 
we had a nasty subzero winter after several years of building lots of buildings done by southern architects. the ice sculptures all over downtown from broken uninsulated water pipes were absolutely beautiful.</description>
