We were hit by a bunch of people coming in - I was the only one on the grill, and there was only one cashier because everyone else was gossiping with the manager in her office and wouldn't come out no matter how many times I yelled. At the end of the night, I called her out on it, and she tore me a new one telling me not to tell her how to manage. I clocked out and said, "Have fun closing tonight by yourself." Her tone changed immediately, and I told her no dice, and then she went back to mean boss, threatening me with docking my pay. I had to explain to her I was quitting.
