		<description>Understandable. Some 80%+ of the LA basin&#039;s drinking water comes from reservoirs on the other side of the mountains. If the power failed to them, in less than a week the city would be uninhabitable. I keep picturing all those Angelenos driving to Lake Mead, and pushing the early arrivals into the water over their heads... Good thing we IT people made sure that didn&#039;t happen, eh?</description>
