Buttocks. As big a target as the head and just as likely to make it impossible to run as the legs, which are too skinny.

Well, that little spot inside one’s skull wants LOTS of things. Most of them we know better than to provide whether there are laws about it or not.

So you want him to SUFFER. It isn’t enough to get rid of him quick and easy, you want him to HURT.
Yeah, it’s a snarky comment, but…There is NOT a good answer.
I believe that killing, except in self defense or defense of others is wrong, and should be avoided, if possible, even in those cases. But crippling someone for life isn’t good either.
Justice, not vengeance, but sometimes that murderous little spot inside one’s skull just wants blood.
Again, there is NOT a good answer.
