A lot of my business successes came from being tossed in to a situation that nobody understood, or wanted, leaving me to determine the outline and the reality of the thing and then integrating it with what people wanted. Or ought to have wanted; some other work there I had to do often. Sometimes it was not unlike being PR for Frankenstein's monster.
