The people in Saudi Arabia, the nation that was GENUINELY responsible for 9/11 (unless I'm wrong about that; I'm quite prepared to be told I'm wrong about that). Although, now that I think about it, since Peter doesn't even mention 9/11, maybe he's already figured a few things out... Lots of people have been “really oppressed,” Peter.
