When Banner first Hulks out, they only show him in motion - running fast, jumping, hurling tanks. He eventually sets down in a desert town where the military is waiting for him. There's a moment of very little noises as the soldiers look at him in fear, and he's looking back in anger and confusion that is supposed to be very tense. A moment that was broken by a little girl in the theater happily exclaiming, "Shrek!" I remember seeing the Hulk in theaters.
