The more you go out (and encounter human-inhabited areas at least), the more times you'll get sick and then develop antibodies to make sure you're sick less. So yeah, being inside and away from people does make you more sick, more often once you *do* go out, speaking from personal experience. Good news is that if you at least go out a few times a week, it happens less. Exposing your immune system to germs and viruses keeps it more actively "watching", within reason. No, it’s what biology looks like. The more you go out (and encounter human-inhabited areas at least), the more times you’ll get sick and then develop antibodies to make sure you’re sick less.
