		<description>No, it&#039;s what biology looks like.  The more you go out (and encounter human-inhabited areas at least), the more times you&#039;ll get sick and then develop antibodies to make sure you&#039;re sick less.

So yeah, being inside and away from people does make you more sick, more often once you *do* go out, speaking from personal experience.  Good news is that if you at least go out a few times a week, it happens less.  Exposing your immune system to germs and viruses keeps it more actively &quot;watching&quot;, within reason.</description>
