Chris usually (but not always, I admit that) shows the first meeting of Bruno and a character in the context of one of her circle of friends. Toby, as a friend of one of Bruno's closest friends, clearly qualifies as such a character. Thus it seems (to me) more likely than not that we in fact HAVE seen Toby before, but I can't be certain. Hence, the question. In contrast to the SUGGESTION, which was never meant to be taken very seriously in the first place. "Maybe he'd like to draw up a guide but probably not." Does that sound like I expected Chris himself to actually take the suggestion very seriously? It wasn't intended to. My apologies if I screwed up on this.
