The two talking friends help him get car started, then walk away still oblivious to what was going on. Just as I'm thinking "Wha-?" one of the friends gets a clue and runs back to save the man in the car. One of my favorite scenes in “The Full Monty:”

Just as I’m thinking “Wha-?” one of the friends gets a clue and runs back to save the man in the car.
