Ha! i still find this to be true. Towards the end of a trip i start withdrawing. Either from lack of privacy, or, hm…. probably a desire to return to my usual routine (which I like very much, thank you).

Humorously, maybe, sometimes it is also simply because I’m hungry. This strip works on so many levels! :)

I’ve had several friends who were bothered in their twenties, that they could no longer be considered a prodigy, because that sort of thing happened only to the young. Mozart wrote is first blah blah when he was whatever.

Never seemed to bother me. I just like making things. But it does give one pause to think, what does our society value in accomplishment?

It was never natural to me to have a simple emotional reaction to home.

And i only have vague memories of Indianapolis. I hope it was good.

Some people simply prefer to work offstage. And that is people for you.

It is SO hard not to guess when in a situation like that. Why is that? We are such curious (nosey) creatures.

Good friends let you put yourself through your own crap, but are there for you when you’re done and ready to party.

Why is it always a good feeling when someone lies for you when you’re embarrassed about something? They’re LYING.
