I remember seeing the southwest for the first time, and loving the beautifulness of it so much. And I still do. Although I didn’t think i got into Krazy Kat until I moved to Portland. Hrm.
Here’s one time where Bruno is in the right, time to just dump the guy and go out and have fun without him. But where would be the drama in that?
The Derailer was an art studio place, and this was actually from a reference photo taken there (and those feet in the painting in the center are from a painting by my friend Pasqualina Azzarello).
I always hated that Starbucks would set up shop practically next door to existing coffee shops, and with plenty of money behind them, wait it out until the small shop went under. Oh, and I’ve never been in one which felt cozy either. >:-(
I guess bruno didn’t feel she connected. Was it just because their plans all were a tiny bit flat, or was there a lack of connection. I think i may have missed it, and I wrote the dang thing. I’ll give it a re-read. :)
Bruno and Allison had this funny little affair relationship. I’m not sure if I ever figured it quite out, but it seemed pretty natural between them.
The double lie, and her being caught, is part of why I always loved loved loved writing Dana and Samantha.
