I’m trying to think what any friend of mine would think if I got a dog and named it after them. :)
When my friends have moved without letting me know, or know where to, I usually take it as a sign to let go. Buuutttt… maybe not in her case.
A friend of mine pointed out to me that drowning seemed to be a theme in “Bruno.” Was hard to let go of the thought after I realized it.
Sometimes you just feel it in your gut that it’s time.
Of course if life is going poorly or you’re depressed, you HAVE to live for the future. Even IF the answer is actually to live in the now. Frustrating thing that.
I like that broom analogy. A lot.
