I’ve felt this in the past when I’ve pushed people away to “figure things out,” that i don’t ever seem to figure anything out and end up missing the people I love.
Consanguineous: relating to or denoting people descended from the same ancestor. I think she meant it as, “relating to or denoting people, words, or ideas descended from the same origin.” I do so much love stretching and abusing words. :)
Oh, and I love Stanley’s mug-holding hand. As an artist, I find it always feels good when I draw a good hand.
A lesson in writing: A character who hates the world is always oh-so more sympathetic if the world shares this view back.
