BTW, a “tag sale” is a “yard sale” or “garage sale” etc. Different parts of the country have different names for it.

“Enemies” isn’t quite it. But someone who pushes and challenges you, in a way that makes you laugh. I think that’s a good thing. Still do.
Oh, and this strip of course references two days ago when Dana said, “As long as you don’t sell my ties.“
Yeah, the whole concept of a fallback plan if other plans don’t work out is a weird twisted little concept, and seems sadly attractive to those afraid of commitment.
I’m afraid this strip comes out of my own frustration from relationships where it was felt I spent too much time on my work. Not to say i didn’t, but my philosophy still stands: we’re all crazy, we just need to find someone with complimentary psychosis.
This is a prime example of the dry humor of my family. Something we’d actually say. Ay-yi-yi. Explains a lot perhaps.
