“A play is only as good as its smallest part” is a common phrase I used to hear in theater, but I’m not sure it always feels that way when you’re the person WITH the smallest part.
Ah, needle exchange. Still so many against it.
Not me.
As wiki nicely puts it:
A comprehensive study by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2004 stated that there is a “compelling case that Needle & Syringe Program’s substantially and cost effectively reduce the spread of HIV among IDUs and do so without evidence of exacerbating injecting drug use at either the individual or societal level.” The WHO’s findings have also been supported by the American Medical Association (AMA), which in 2000 adopted a position strongly supporting NSPs when combined with addiction counseling.
Remembering dialogue was the largest thing which kept me from continuing doing theater after college. I loved theater, and had some talent, but to this day i have a tough time remembering ANYthing.
This was based on the eaves above the theater from my high school where we were definitely NOT supposed to be hanging out.
Ah, afraid to say “I Love You” because you feel you can’t ever go back on it, not being a stick-in-the-mud but knowing statistically things would not be in your favor. Such things make up youth.
