I love how children and young adults still have the capacity to be brutally and often painfully honest without ill-will. Even if sometimes, “ouch!”
I must admit, it is frustrating when someone upturns your life — and on top of that they happen to be RIGHT.
True, assuming you are not in a play, I’d say that your best chance of drinking poison is if you poured it yourself.
On a side note, have you suffered depression in your life? Of course you have, or else you wouldn’t be reading Bruno. ;-) Over at “Hyperbole and a Half” Allie wrote an illustrated blog post which sums up the experience very very well, in case you’ve EVER had difficulty explaining it to happy people.
Sometimes when I’m talking in a droll fashion, some kids will think it’s hilarious. I am always confused by this.
