It’s painful when someone you felt was a friend no longer even feigns interest.

But I suppose as we grow older, we find that although some deep friendships will last, many are fluid, and that is okay too.

Funny, how this is a character who I don’t believe ever appears again. Bruno is almost like some commenting cynical angel perched on the shoulder, nattering away.
