Sometimes it’s hard to keep secrets from friends.
It was REALLY fun drawing Stanley as a younger man. Hell, in general it was really fun to draw Stanley.
Bruno’s reaction comes from my own fumbling attempts to do things which others seem to capable of. Or maybe just what I perceive others are capable of.
The quite putting a horn in his hands still cracks me up. I don’t know why.
There was a story behind this. Did someone do it to me? Did someone I know do it to someone else? I forget now. Sigh.
I think this might be me, telling Bruno that I needed her to leave. Strange, that.
The only thing worse than stagnating, is watching someone you love stagnate.
Which is different from enjoying one’s current life. Just sayin’.
I like that having her hands doing that feels natural. Just a nice little detail.
As a writer of serial stories, I found sometimes when in a rut it helped to bring a big changer in so everyone in the story would have to deal with it. With Little Dee, it was a minivan full of penguins.
