Gad, I missed these two jokers. Possibly my favorite characters in the run of the strip.

I am amazed this strip works so well in both dialogue, character, and layout. Even a clock is right twice a day I suppose.
And so it was and was and was.
I, myself, have often missed doing theater. But the other arts I’ve chosen to pursue have gobbled up that time and I feel no regrets.
Here’s me setting up the eventual bringing Dana and Samantha to Portland, because I wanted them around and I certainly wasn’t going to leave. If only real flesh-and-blood friends were the same way.
That’s a fair problem in wanting to see Cat Power (which i saw and really enjoyed).
Cat Power got pretty verklempt during this show, but fortunately not enough to make her leave the stage and not come back (which she’s done). Lovely.
Ah, I remember that patio set. So good. And so heavy.
Yeah, when out of the dating scene for a while, you start grabbing at threads. “Is this the right person” to someone you barely know and you don’t even HAVE anything romantic with yet.
In the Greenfield MA area, soft-serve ice-cream is sometimes called a “creamie.” Just so you know.
