ONE of the problems, I found, with depression is that I tended to focus on what i couldn’t handle (which was plenty) and ignored all the things I did.
i wonder what was going on at the time to make me take that jab and Democrats? Hrm.
Nothing like a good comeback. of course, easier for me as I can sit around and think about it rather than pop it out in the moment.
