   I like my split infinitives with melted cheese on top.

   Uh, unless I’m mistaken, Cat isn’t using any split infinitives. A split infinitive would be “to intelligently and systematically curb herself” (and would IMHO read better than what Cat is actually “saying”).

   Then again, maybe that’s the joke. I’m not sure. Well, I don’t expect to “get” EVERY joke or comic strip I come across, anyway. :-)
