I was part of a long conversation about Anime and Miyazaki and Lain. I have never seen Lain, but the comment was explained to me and I thought it funny. Not that I recall enough to explain it now. :)

Aw come on, you gotta watch Lain !
Oh, my. This is the first Bruno strip I read — it was mentioned on a Miyazaki-fan mailing list. I’d never heard of Lain, and I sought it out as a result of this mention. Seeing it was a wonderful experience, thank you.
I went back and read the archives of Bruno at that point, and started to follow the strip as you published it.
You could say “Bruno” is a part of the Wired now, too.
Shoot. I only watched a couple of episodes and got scared off… but then again, I loved Key the Metal Idol, so I shouldn’t still be freaked out by Lain years later. :P
