Yup, I’ve been one of those pointing it out for over 30 years now.
My mother showed it to me lol.
There’s a statue of William Strang, Jr., a railroad magnate, in Overland Park, a suburb of Kansas City. He holds in his hand at about waist level, a rolled up newspaper (or other kinds of paper). From a distance, it’s quite an interesting piece. Up close, its shadow can be very interesting depending on the sun’s position and where you stand.
