   As a participant of Curbside Cuisine, I want to thank eynvroee who came last Wednesday and visited my food truck Roxy’s Bistro on Wheels. We have a great group of trucks and ABQ really needs to get involved as Portland, LA, Austin and other great cities have done with their communities of food trucks. Grand Opening April 27th, how fun! There truly is a lot of really great food and the great company.Hope to see eynvroee!
