   This is why the Japanese consume more fish than we do. We call it “horse mackerel.” They call it “Aja.”

   We call it “octopus.” They call it “tako.” Who wouldn’t rather have a taco?

   Could be worse. In German, octopus is “zeepolyp.” Reminds me why anything marine on a German menu is always either pickled, pounded flat, or breaded and fried.
