Well, firstly “pants” refers to undergarments, not trousers. And “ride” refers to sex, like “He’s a good ride” or “Want to go for a ride?”. (I think you can also say “Yer man’s a ride” to call someone a slut, but I’m not positive.) So you can imagine why talking about wet pants and getting a ride here is a suggestive combination. :)
If I remember my “Irish” correctly (it’s been a while since I was there and since I wrote this), “pants” generally means “underpants,” and a “ride” can mean “intercourse.”
