   Yeah, it’s just a lamp made of two ceramic hands with a lightbulb in them. My friends Kip and Jen owned it.

   Well, the lines make the hands look like they’re moving and the pole looks thin enough to be a cord (it’s barely wider than the antennae on Judi’s phone), so, well, that must’ve been some lamp all right. ;-)

   I suspect the hands are mounted on the wall (I see their shadows on the wall) and there is no pole, just a chord.
