   Mundanes are always curious about fen and other non-regular types, because they can’t fathom why anybody would live any differently than they do, and are trying to understand, in some way, what’s going on.

   Of course, today they’re also suspicious of your motives and looking for signs not just of deviancy, but of race treason. It only takes a phone call to remove such from their midst…
