   If I didn’t know the strip was all reprints, I’d wonder if there was a chance of Danielle taking over the strip.

   So I enjoy “perky,” So sue me. :-)

   It occurred to me than Danielle kind of has the vibe of the Free-Spirited Woman who, in so many films, liberates the stolid down-to-earth guy from his mundane existence. Y’know, if a Free-Spirited MAN tried that kind of thing on a stolid down-to-earth WOMAN, he would get in sooooo much trouble for taking it upon himself to in effect force a woman to change her life into what HE thinks it should be like. Which has nothing to do with anything, it just occurred to me, that’s all.

   Happens all the time in films. Usually they’re represented as the bad boys, cowboys, mavericks.
