I’m of two minds about ambiguity.
Supposedly (and if I could remember where I saw it, I’d cite it), African women find it highly amusing that “western” males (aside from gay “western” males, of course) are so…ahem…FOCUSED on female breasts, since this to them means “western” males are “acting like babies.”
Well, speaking for myself, I never made any conscious decision to find female breasts arousing, just as I never made any conscious decision to be heterosexual in the first place. It’s just…there, that’s all. (I’d put it in context of my “sexual awakening” but I’m honestly not sure that I ever actually had one.) So, sure, laugh it up, women of Africa, but we heterosexual “western” males are just carrying out our genetic programming, that’s all. Or something. ;-)
The clear implication is that heterosexual African males (African by LOCATION, not just race) are in some way “programmed” differently, which opens an entirely different kettle of monkeys…
