   Back when I first read Bruno, I feel it helped to shape my own idea of what politics was.

   Now my ideas about politics have changed a lot. I feel like I need to consciously put critical thinking first in order to give people a fair shake, even if I really disagree with what they say. If we can’t communicate or even attempt to understand one another, we can’t govern anyone fairly.
