   Can’t get caught up in disputes over jargon, even when inappropriate — unless the information is wrong or reveals an operating deficiency. Attempts at humor can be safely ignored, something Bruno is terrible at.

   Bruno and This Guy barely know each other. She’s his immediate superior (unless I’m wrong). For him to talk to her like that is completely inappropriate.

   There is a reason This Guy is in the mailroom. Professionalism rises to its level in any organization. Talk to the guys in the brake shop and you’ll see what I mean.
