   That’s not how I remember Katrina happening. From what I read, the looters were mainly after necessary food. The surrounding cities’ fear of guns was basically fear of The Blacks. Refugees were turned back into the city at gunpoint by law enforcement.

   Remember that this is a ‘re-run’, and these comics were originally written at the time of the events. How you remember it after the event/in retrospect is probably quite different to how Chris experienced it at the time.
