   I wonder how long it’ll be before one of them says something that kind of makes her want to jump back in.

   Bruno shouldn’t knock her ability to be a good friend. Some of the stuff some of her friends have said on earlier occasions would be enough to make almost anyone consider jumping ship (no pun intended).

   (I don’t happen to recall any of it *now* but that’s because I don’t tend to dwell on the negative.)
