   “On the wagon” means “stopped drinking alcohol.” Which you wouldn’t expect her to do … unless … ohhhh!

   Unless she’s NOT an alcoholic? Which we have no reason to think she is? People stop doing stuff for all sorts of reasons. Thanks, though. ;-)

   Exactly, there are lots of reasons. But the typical person’s reasoning would probably be — well, she’s not alcoholic, so she didn’t have to quit, so the most likely reason she quit anyway, would be … hmm … !

   @Ronald, it is not a foregone conclusion, but what Stave said, when a woman doesn’t have a booze problem and gives it up, being pregnant is a decent contender of possibilities.
