Bruno has a damn good friend in her niece.

Funny how in emotional moments, like goodbyes, it seems reasonable to make parallels between one’s situation and huge events like freeing slaves or liberating India.
It means she’s been spending too much time with YOU, Bruno.
It’s the comedy writer in me who, on seeing Cinderalla, thought, mmmm, that coach would make a great pie.
Have you ever had those friends? Who mostly see the cloud? It’s such a refreshing break when some silver lining gets through.
Often I think I used Bruno as my own therapy, and used characters like Susan to point out the underminings of my self-defeating arguments.
Two of the sweetest characters in the whole strip. Of course they like each other.
I believe it’s a strong person who can see when they’re being stood up.
And I think “Stash” was a real local band and “The Kat Klub” was a real place in Northampton probably. but honestly, I don’t remember.
Sometimes I feel this way when drawing or painting.
If I write for several days on end without talking to people, I get this way too.
