It is true. In middle school I learned that being needy got me attention. it took a good long while to unlearn it.
Sometimes one has to loosen up a bit before they can talk rationally. And that’s how I wrote Bruno.
But not always. Drinking makes me stupid and depressed. So I mostly avoid it.
it’s kinda’ like the old workforce who thought if they dedicated themselves to the company they worked for, that they could work tip retirement and then be taken care of. As more recent generations have learned — you can hope, but best not expect it.
This was my sentiment visiting the Winchester Mansion. I mean, I wasn’t surprised, but it still didn’t keep me from hoping for more.

Ah, when travel plans happen in a fizzy way, it’s always an awkward conversation.
It’s always a little disconcerting getting your own advice turned on you, and hard to not get your hackles up.
I guess bruno didn’t feel she connected. Was it just because their plans all were a tiny bit flat, or was there a lack of connection. I think i may have missed it, and I wrote the dang thing. I’ll give it a re-read. :)
Bruno and Allison had this funny little affair relationship. I’m not sure if I ever figured it quite out, but it seemed pretty natural between them.
