See, i think Jay kinda’ wins this one. He doesn’t get upset at ALL by the concept, only that he didn’t think it was Bruno’s style. but Sophia has a point too, we all change and try things and that’s fine and good.

Feeling isolated in a group. All too familiar. Fortunately, less these days than in my 20s.
It’s so weird. I remember that little nook in the first house I lived in in Portland. :)
God, it just occurred to me that if “Bruno” were a romance novel, that Bruno and Jay would OF COURSE hook up.

I Â had a tough time adjusting when I moved west. Feeling my stupidity was cutting me off from everything, and self-medicating with sweets. I’m so glad I had this venue to explore it, normalize it maybe, and I’m so glad I’ve made it mostly through, mostly intact.
It’s true, I do make a great lasagna (well, I haven’t tried since going vegan).
I’m glad notburga understands him. Jay needs someone like that.
I used to be more like this, some trouble with expressing my feelings. Once I learned how good it was to say “I’ll love you and miss you” and exchange a good big hug, there was no going back.
Well, there IS a fine distinction.

I so wish we could do away with our foolish two-party system created by the electoral college. Ah well. :(
