I can’t remember what i had climbed to inspire this strip, but I remember sitting there trying to put into words what felt good about it.
And 10 years previous I used to like Moonlighting. :)

Bruno, you are not winning the category of “most desirable” at the moment, even if you DO have a small bit of a point.
I find that the balance between truthful honesty and too much information in a “getting to know you” meeting is always somewhat precarious.
Not a revolutionary thought, but it also goes both ways. people stay in bad relationships, and it’s a pity.
I do find that catching a marshmallow on fire is fun, and I even enjoy eating the charcoal black outer edge.
And this is from only doing it a couple times in my life, since I grew up vegetarian, and marshmallows are gelatin based, I’ve only had them a few times as an exception, and not for many many years.
I’m not sure why I wrote Bruno to be so hostile to his lengthy opening up, usually she likes that kind of thing.
Maybe I figures that the lead-up was too long, and this just accelerated her losing interest.
Okay, Bruno is being plain ornery now. Dan is saying the stuff she would not be out of character to say.
Sigh.
A decision too late. How many of THOSE have I experienced? Sigh.
See? This was me, in my head, and me arguing against my head, and being baffled at which insanity was right.
